1. Agreement Overview
This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Juno Traveling Tots
(“Company,” “we,” “us”) and the customer (“Renter,” “you”).
By placing a reservation, you agree to all terms outlined herein.
2. Rental Period & Minimums
- Rentals are priced per day
- A 2-day minimum rental applies to all items
- A 10% discount applies to rentals of 7 days or more
- Rental period begins at delivery and ends at scheduled pickup
- A 1-day buffer period is maintained between rentals for cleaning and inspection Extensions are subject to availability and additional
3. Payments & Fees
Full payment is required at booking.
Delivery Fees
- $40 for deliveries between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- $55 for deliveries between 5:01 PM – 7:5G AM
Additional Fees
- $75 rush fee for orders placed within 48 hours of delivery
- Additional fees may apply for special delivery requests outside the standard service area
4. Service Area
We deliver to:
- Seattle-Tacoma International Airport
- Hotels, residences, and Airbnbs within a 10-mile radius
Requests outside this area must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.
5. Delivery s Pickup Policy
Delivery Windows
- Deliveries and pickups are scheduled within a 30-minute window of the selected time
Customer Responsibility
- You must be available or provide clear delivery instructions
- Missed or failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur additional fees
Airport s Hotel Deliveries
- Items may be left with concierge or designated locations with prior authorization
6. Cancellation, Refunds & Schedule Changes
We understand that travel plans can change. This policy ensures fairness while protecting scheduling and logistics commitments.
Cancellations
- 48+ hours before delivery: Full refund of rental fees (excluding delivery fees if already scheduled)
- 24–48 hours before delivery: 50% refund of rental fees
- Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable
Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once scheduled
- Adjusted fees may apply if delivery time changes
Rush Orders
- Orders placed within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable
Changes s Rescheduling
- 48+ hours notice: No fee (subject to availability)
- 24–48 hours: May incur a rescheduling fee
- Same-day changes: Not guaranteed and may incur additional fees
Flight Delays
- Customers must notify us as soon as possible
- Adjustments are subject to availability
- Additional fees may apply for schedule changes
Missed Deliveries
- Additional fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to customer issues
- No refunds for missed deliveries caused by the customer
Early Returns
- No refunds for early returns or unused rental time
Company Cancellations
- If we cancel your order, a full refund including delivery fees will be issued
7. Security Deposit & Payment Authorization
A refundable security deposit of $50–$150 may be required.
You authorize Juno Traveling Tots to charge your payment method for:
- Damage beyond normal wear
- Missing items
- Late returns
- Excessive cleaning
- Unpaid balances
8. Use of Equipment
- Equipment must be used according to manufacturer guidelines
- No misuse, alteration, or improper use
- Adult supervision is required at all times
- Equipment may not be re-rented or transferred
G. Cleaning & Return Condition
Items must be returned:
- In reasonably clean condition
- Free of excessive dirt, food, bodily fluids, smoke, or odors Additional fees apply for:
- Excessive cleaning
- Biohazards (vomit, urine, )
- Smoke or odor removal
10. Damage, Loss & Replacement
- Renter is responsible for all damage beyond normal wear
- Lost or irreparably damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost
- Partial damage may incur repair or replacement fees
11. Late Returns
- Late returns may incur a $15 per item, per day fee
- Failure to return items may result in full replacement charges
12. Cleaning & Sanitization Standards
All equipment is:
- Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between rentals
- Inspected for safety and functionality
13. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge:
- Use of rental equipment is at your own risk
- Juno Traveling Tots is not liable for injury, damage, or loss
- You assume full responsibility for safe and proper use
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juno Traveling Tots from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Use or misuse of equipment
- Injury to persons or property
- Breach of this Agreement
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Liability is limited to the total rental amount paid
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
16. Car Seat Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee compatibility or installation
- We do not provide certified installation unless stated
- You are responsible for proper installation and use
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including:
- Weather
- Travel disruptions
- Accidents or emergencies
18. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
19. Dispute Resolution
- Parties agree to attempt informal resolution first
- Disputes may be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in Washington
20. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
21. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between parties.
22. Acceptance
By completing your booking, you confirm that:
- You have read and agree to these terms
- You authorize all applicable charges
