We currently deliver to:

  • Seattle-Tacoma International Airport
  • Hotels, Airbnbs, and residences within a 10-mile radius

Need delivery outside this area? Contact us to arrange a custom request.

We deliver within a 30-minute window of your selected time.

Example: If you choose 2:00 PM, your delivery will arrive between 2:00–2:30 PM.

Yes, all rentals require a 2-day minimum.

We understand travel delays happen. Just notify us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to adjust your delivery time. Changes are subject to availability and may include additional fees.

  • 48+ hours notice: No fee (subject to availability)
  • 24–48 hours: May include a fee
  • Same-day changes: Not guaranteed
  • 48+ hours: Full refund (excluding delivery if already scheduled)
  • 24–48 hours: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable Rush orders are non-refundable.
No deep cleaning required! Just return items in reasonable condition (no excessive mess, odors, or damage).

We’ll return to your location at the scheduled time and pick everything up—quick and hassle-free.

Normal wear is expected. However, you are responsible for:

  • Damage beyond normal use
  • Lost or missing items
  • Excessive cleaning
