Cancellations
- 48+ hours before delivery:
Receive a full refund (excluding delivery fees if already scheduled/logistically committed)
- 24–48 hours before delivery:
Eligible for a 50% refund of the rental total
- Less than 24 hours before delivery: Non-refundable
Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once your order is confirmed and scheduled, as routes and time slots are reserved in advance
- If your delivery time changes and falls into a different time window, adjusted delivery fees may apply
Rush Orders
- Orders placed within 48 hours of delivery (rush orders) are non-refundable, due to expedited preparation and scheduling
Changes & Rescheduling
- Changes requested 48+ hours in advance: No fee (subject to availability)
- Changes within 24–48 hours: May incur a rescheduling fee
- Same-day changes: Not guaranteed and may include additional fees
Flight Delays
- We will do our best to accommodate delays when notified promptly
- Adjustments are subject to availability and delivery schedule
- Additional fees may apply if timing falls outside your original delivery window
Early Returns / Unused Items
- No refunds or credits will be issued for early returns or unused rental days
